Daydream Club celebrates and represents the diverse community within the local area, inspiring community connection and encouraging curiosity, wonder and imagination. The artwork references the use of the library (reading, writing, drawing, a place of connection) interconnected with colourful images of nature and abstract colour play. An image of a reader lost in a daydream moves the viewer’s eye up across the facade. The daydream is a colourful world of overgrown plants, people, joy and connection. Celebrating life, community and diversity.
