Ms Bianca Sandri was elected as a City of Stirling Councillor for Inglewood Ward from 2017 to 2023, and held the position of Deputy Mayor from 2019 to 2021. Ms Sandri previously worked as a town planner in local government and the private sector.
In 2021, Ms Sandri resigned from her position as Councillor for the City of Stirling to take up a role as the new Director Community Services at the City of Bayswater.
As of 2025, she was selected by Minister for Local Government Hannah Beazley MLA as the City of Nedlands Deputy Commissioner.
Ms Sandri is a Board member of the WA Planning Commission and has a Bachelor of Arts (Urban and Regional Planning) with Honours from Curtin University.
