Snow skin mooncakes to celebrate the Mooncake Festival

This photograph was taken at Stirling Libraries - Osborne on Tuesday 7 October 2025, when library staff gathered over lunch to celebrate the Mooncake Festival, enjoying homemade mooncakes and Puer tea. 

Library Officer, Brenda, made these snow skin mooncakes, which were presented in three different colours. The mooncakes were flavoured with pandan red bean (green), black sesame (orange), and red bean (red).
