In 1948 regular screenings were begun in the Innaloo Hall, which held 150 people. Later that year, the gardens holding 4-500 patrons were opened and the screenings moved there, under various names, including Scarborough Pictures, and Waldorf Gardens. After the gardens closed in 1965, a liquor store was built on the site, which has been demolished and is now a residential house.
