The house, designed by highly-regarded architect Iwan Iwanoff, is constructed of concrete blocks in the Late Twentieth Century Brutalist style. The blocks create patterned and textured walls, balustrades and other decorative elements. The skillion roof is clad in fibro-cement and the house features a tiled verandah and undercroft garage.
