John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School opened in 1989 when the Anglican Schools Commission acquired the Northside Christian School at Beechboro.
In 1992, the Mirrabooka Campus opened the first stage of development, and in 1996, the two campuses collectively became known as John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School. In 2022 the Beechboro campus was closed.
