Gooch Park

The park was officially opened by Mayor Boothman of the City of Stirling on 14 March 2009.

The park was named to honour Ada and Doug Gooch who were highly regarded members of the community. They were both members of the Mount Lawley Tennis Club from 1957. They were also involved with the Inglewood Wards Ratepayers and Residents Association, and the seniors group that operates out of the Bob Daniels Community Centre in Inglewood.
