Thomas John Appleyard

Thomas John Appleyard was a councillor for the Shire of Perth and the City of Stirling from 1966 - 1974. He built a home and established his electrical contracting business in Doubleview in 1953. He was also a director of Scarborough Rotary Club and Scarborough Business Association.
