Mr. Brian Ham was born in 1941 in Perth, Western Australia. He was a professional accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
He served as a councillor from 1995 to 2007 and was elected Deputy Mayor of the City of Stirling from 2001 to 2002. In 2005, Councillor Ham received the WALGA Honours - Distinguished Service Award.
He was actively involved in the Woodlands/Doubleview Progress Association (Inc.) Committee and the Herdsman Lake Regional Park Community Advisory Committee.
