Mr. Michael was born in 1980 in Mount Lawley, Western Australia. He served as an elected councillor with the City of Stirling for twelve years, from 2005 to 2017. At just 25 years old, he became the youngest councillor ever elected to the City of Stirling in 2005.
Councillor Michael also served as Deputy Mayor from 2011 to 2013.
