Herbert Richard Robinson

Herbert Robinson was a member of the Perth Road Board and councillor of the Shire of Perth from 1951 - 1963. Mr Robinson was also Chairman of the Board from 1959 - 1961. He then became the inaugural Mayor of the Shire of Perth. He continued as Mayor until 1963.
