Dr Andrew Guilfoyle was a City of Stirling Councillor for the Hamersley ward from 2013 to 2019.
Andrew had a PhD in Social Psychology from Murdoch University and was an Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University between 2012 and 2016.
He supported many initiatives of the Rotary Club of Karrinyup, in particular, championing tree planting and sustainability projects. He is remembered for his passion for community service and environmental conservation.
