The Lambert family lived around Inglewood in the City of Stirling. They were a large family descending from Charles Henry Lambert, who was sent out from England to survey a portion of the Hampton Plains in Western Australia, in August 1890. Charles was an engineer and he later installed some plant and equipment for the Princess Royal Gold Mine at Norseman.
Reginald Adolphus Lambert, was born at Esperance in 1896, and was Brad Lambert's Great Uncle. Reg Lambert was a well known Western Australian photographer and had a studio in Inglewood.
