Kathryn Thomas was a Councillor for the City of Stirling from 2005 - 2009, representing the Coastal Ward. Her committee membership included the Infrastructure and Community Development Committee, the House Committee, the Art Acquisition working party, the North Metropolitan Regional Recreation Advisory Committee and the Coastal Advisory Committee. Councillor Thomas was also a member of the community group the Scarborough Environs Area Strategy Steering Committee.
