This was was the first Infant Health Centre in the district. It was located at the corner of Beaufort Street and Tenth Avenue in Inglewood.
This centre was opened in 1940. It was designed by Mr WG Bennett (honorary architect) and was built by Mr PA Ellis of Floreat Park at a cost of about about £800.
