Yirra Koorl Dandjoo by Paige Pryor

As part of the refurbishment of the staff canteen a competition was held to re-name it. The name Kaya Cafe was chosen. Kaya means 'hello' in Nyoongar. A mural was commissioned with emerging Nyoongar artist Paige Pryor. The mural depicts different foods that are plentiful during the different seasons. The green lines represent staff members coming from all over the city to meet at the Kaya Cafe.
