Horizons I by Rosemary Mostyn

As a West Australian born artist/printmaker working in the printmaking techniques of collagraphy, intaglio and monotype, Rosemary is inspired by the geographical formations of textures, patterns and colours of the Australian outback. 

Travels through the Pilbara and Kimberley regions inspired her series of collagraph prints, Horizon I and Horizon II, in conveying the sculptural layering and vastness of this ancient land.

This work was acquired from the City of Stirling Art Award in 2002.
