Artist Statement: My expressions are all about connection and our peoples cultural/spiritual unity and valued kinship with our motherland Boodja. Tjyllyungoo Lance Chadd is a Bibbulmun Nyoongar (mothers country) and Budimia Yamatji (fathers country) artist. Through his art he aims to preserve and maintain his cultural heritage for future generations and raise awareness of Aboriginal heritage for the benefit of both cultural and cross-cultural reconciliation and preservation of our land.
