An original Crown Grant of 194 acres with frontage to the Swan River. This was the upper end of Peninsula Farm, known in the Titles Office from 1903 as Swan Location 2039.
It was given and granted to William Tanner by the Governor of the Colony, John Hutt Esquire, on the 13th December 1842 in the reign of Queen Victoria.
William Tanner, born 1801, arrived in the Colony of Western Australia on the 1st February 1831 aboard the Drummore from England.
