Crown Grant Location A5 Swan

An original Crown Grant of 16.5 acres with frontage to the Swan River.

It was given and granted to Peter Wicks by the Governor of the Colony, Sir James Stirling, on the 5th August 1836 in the reign of William the Fourth. Peter Wicks, born 1797, arrived in the Colony of Western Australia on the 14th February 1830 aboard the Egyptian from Surrey, England.
