An original Crown Grant of 367.5 acres.

It was given and granted to Thomas Helms by the Governor of the Colony, Sir James Stirling, on the 31st August 1837 in the reign of William the Fourth.

Thomas Helms born 1786 arrived in the Colony of Western Australia in 1830 from England. His wife Sarah, born 1788, arrived in the Colony on the 19th April 1834 aboard the Quebec Trader.
