William Thomas Sullivan

William was a railway employee living in North Fremantle. His first wife died on the 5th January 1916 leaving him with a 2 year old daughter and he enlisted on 17th January 1916. He was part of the 44th Battalion who fought bravely in Armentieres, France, and Messines, Belgium. He returned safely home to Australia in June 1919 and went on to marry again and settle in Mount Lawley.
