Justin Kickett

Justin Kickett is a Noongar man with ties to Ballardong and Menang country and has lived on Whadjuk country almost his whole life. Justin attended Mirrabooka Senior High school and lived in the Mirrabooka area for many years. He has over 20 years experience as a Western Australian Police Officer serving for ten years as a Detective. Mr Kickett is currently the Director of I24S and Operations Manager of Six Seasons Resources. Mr Kickett is Chairperson of the Gwambygine, and Mibrong and I24S Aboriginal Corporations and serves on the Supervised Release Review Board.

Justin has a deep involvement with football, playing for South Fremantle in the WAFL, and is now closely associated with the Nollamara Football Club plating a key part of the team bringing it back to life in 2026. In 2025 the club didn't have enough players to field a team in the Perth Football League, but planning is underway to turn that around with a new coach, some fresh faces on the committee and a commitment to inclusivity.  Players such as Des Headland, Chris Lewis, Derek and Dale Kickett are all closely connected to Justin.
