Alexander Park

Alexander Park was named after Simon Bremner Alexander, a member of the Perth Road Board from 1926 until 1933.

The park was in demand as early as 1956, with many of the surrounding schools utilising the playing fields.

The Alexander Park Hall was officially opened on 18 June 1958. The opening event also included the 33rd Civic Naturalisation Ceremony.
