Graham John Edwards

Mr. Edwards was born in 1946 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. He married Noelene Patricia Sandow in 1969, and together they have two daughters. Mr. Edwards served in the Vietnam War in 1968. After leaving the Army, he joined the Department of Defence as an officer with the Vietnam Veterans' Counselling Service. In 1981, he was elected to the Council of the City of Stirling, where he served as a councillor until 1984.
