Mr. Lewis Joseph Cohen was born in 1874 in Melbourne, Victoria. In 1901, he married Cecily Keon in Perth, Western Australia, and they had four children together. Mr. Cohen spent much of his life in Perth, where he became an influential member of the local community. He was actively involved in various community efforts and initiatives aimed at improving life and supporting local residents in Maylands, Mount Lawley, and Perth.
He served as a member of the Perth Road Board from 1915 to 1921.
Mr. Cohen passed away in 1965 in Perth, Western Australia, at the age of 91.
