The Schultz family were associated with market gardening in the early twentieth century in the City of Stirling and owned fifteen acres of land on the Eastern side of the now Karrinyup Golf course. One five acre block that formerly belonged to the Schulz family is now part of the Caravan Park.
This collection documents the social history of the 1920s, the depression era, the economic history of the market garden industry and life on North Beach Road around Balcatta and Gwelup. The Schultz family were widely connected and made significant contributions to the development of the City of Stirling.
