Site of the Rosetta Lodge built in 1903 by Gustus and Rosetta Luber who were prominent in the Western Australian Jewish Community. Built in the bush, it was the first house in Beaufort Street north of Walcott Street. Its varied history included use as a maternity hospital, guest house, World War II military establishment, reception centre and nursing home.
