Robert Henry Bandy

Mr Robert Bandy was born in Perth Western Australia. He married Ms. Constance Brunetta Elsegood. Together, they have three children Laurence Henry Bandy, Gwendoline Constance Bandy, and Colin George Bandy.

Mr Bandy elected member of the local government as representative of the Lawley Ward in April 1946. He was a sports man and had played with the West Perth League Football Club and North Perth Cricket Club.

Robert Henry Bandy was a member of the Perth Road Board from 1946 until 1959. Between 1956 and 1958 he served as Chair of the Perth Road Board.
