David Boothman

David Boothman is a former City of Stirling Councillor, for the Balga Ward. First elected in 1994, he served as Deputy Mayor (2000-2001) and became Mayor in 2007, a position he held until 2013. He retired in 2021. Mr Boothman was named the 10th Honorary Freeman of the City of Stirling in 2023, following 27 years as Balga Ward Councillor. Mr Boothman was formerly a police officer.
