Richard Llorens

Richard James Llorens lived in North Beach during the 1970s and was a member of the North Suburban Historical Society. Along with Don Edwards and Linda Newell they championed the adaptative reuse of the water tank at Laurie Strutt reserve into a museum. Richard Llorens wrote a proposal and hand drew designs, being a qualified architect.
