Neil Campbell Hawkins

Mr Neil Hawkins was elected as a councillor of the Shire of Perth in November 1953. He served as the shire councillor for the Hamersley Ward from 1953 – 1961, and as Deputy Shire President for seven years. Councillor Hawkins was elected Mayor of the City of Stirling on 24 May 1971. He served as Mayor of City of Stirling from 1971 to 1974.
